Default Slabsauce - how are you guys using it?

Just curious what methods you guys are using and having the best results with. Trying to figure out if I'm using it too much or not enough.

Anybody toss their lures in a ziploc and add a few squirts, then let them soak in it while being stored? Was thinking about giving that a try.

Re-apply when the oil slick is no longer seen on the water. That’s my method.

I just resquirt it when I think it needs more. I do like and might try the ziplock bag idea. Was going to marinate some but never did. It works good just squirting on. However it’s used it won’t be wrong. Good stuff, just use it!!

I just spray mine on every once in awhile. On tough days, I spray a bunch of nibbles with It. And go with that, it works.

I don't use the spray method. Too wasteful. I use a small "snack" size plastic zip lock bag. About a 1/2 doz. squirts into the bag, then put the bottle away. Then I just dunk the jig/plastic combo in and I'm good to go. Probably do this about every dozen casts or so......or about every 10 min. if I'm trolling. Whatever is not used at the end of the day (and that's usually a very small amount) goes into the trash. Works for me.

i use like a quarter spray on each. Minnow seems to be eaten or dead before I would consider reapplying. an eye dropper was mentioned, i was thinking of finding a bottle with a small neck that let one drop out at a time. this would be the ultimate over the spray or dip method.

Ed sells eye dropper Slab and G sauce in the crappie.com store. I think there might still be the flip top as well. I just spray it heavy and hold on!!! They make more.

You can buy empty flip top/ dropper type 4 oz plastic containers in Walmart for 99 cents.
Look near the pharmacy where they have things for traveling.

I use it to lube my jig heads when inserting the insert type tube jig heads .
