I spray a quarter size dot on the horizontal of my rod holders then slather it around as needed. I also have a empty nibble holder that I spray some in and slash my jig around in.

Slab thanked you for this post
So far I have carried it around in my pocket. I had the boat hooked up and the dogs had different ideas about how I was going to spend my day
The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along

Anybody use it on cranks? It's that time of the year.

never tried cranks, can't believe it would hurt though. Just don't spill it on your pants then go swimming
It works on cranks. Try it. You'll see that even 15-20 minutes later, when you reel in the crank bait, the bait still feels oily. The stuff is just so sticky and stinky, it really lasts a long time. And I'm sure it does not make every crappie bite while it's going through the water at ~2 mph, but if it gets one to think twice and strike, all the better.
And we've all seen the underwater videos where crappie will follow the bait a while before striking. I'm sure the extra smell helps in those cases much like it helps on jigs.
I do mine just like Crestliner does and have been for years .
