I am using the black fasteners boxes from Walmart ( the cheap ones) haha
Is there difference in them and Plano?

There may be ... not sure if the Wal-mart boxes are plastic-proof (and the loose plastics may melt the walls/floors of the compartments if left there for a long period of time. But, if you keep the plastics in their original containers or a ziplock bag, then you should be OK.

Biggest reason to keep plastics in their original containers (for me, anyway) is so that you know the brand and color scheme when it comes time to replace them.

I have had them melt to the plastic...fade color.. bleed color.. and loose some quality keeping them in jig boxes. I hate to contradict anyone but I sure have...but then I subject mine to a lot of different conditions. Way too much heat at times I'm sure.

I keep them all in original packages. I keep the top three or four that have been hot lately right next to me in a little bucket with cutters, jig busters, forceps, nibbles and stuff. The next five or ten runner ups I keep in top compartment of tackle box handy. The rest I keep in a soft side cooler. When I have to resort to one of them I can rummage around in it pretty good. Use the soft side tackle packs to with the plastic bags they are pretty neat...but I have worn out a few of them..had trouble with the bags breaking through the grommets..sometimes seems like some are sort of hard to get to close like some zip locks... but they are all right. Just have to spend money on them. Heck I have won the soft side coolers as door prizes and had them given to me as promotional items. You can smash em a little when the need arises to fit them in somewhere and they protect from the worse heat some. Just me talking.

Im set up like Chippo and Eagle, boxes from BP, Plano etc, made for lures / plastics. Like 24 compartment, or so size. One for jig heads, 1 for weights, floats and terminal gear, a couple for plastics and a designated one for cranks.
Big White River fly boxes, for my hand ties. Small White River, with the days selection of hand ties, for the boat.
Four or more of these fit nicely in a milk crate. Only need the small White River for single polling. Excess stays in the plastic bags at home.
Makes for easy loading. I'm all for easy....

I have found out that the covering on jigs is mineral oil, so my thought is from time to time why not put a drop or two in each compartment and give it a little stir and mix. I also have a plastic box with jig heads and bodys already together, divided by color ready to to retie on the water. I was keeping my collection in a 9x12 soft bag but now the bag grew to 17x10, yea think my collection keeps growing too, haha, got the old athletic bag at thrift store for a quarter
