Lets TRY to keep the politics out of this PLEASE

And hdhntr, I seen that video too, with the electric truck towing a bigger camper than the link opie posted. It went 70 miles and they guy had to look to charge it again. And when he did charge it, he blocked the while place with his trailer cause they are all pull in places, with the trailer sticking out into traffic. You'd have to unhook every time. Crazy. I think electric is fine (especially hybrids), but certainly not for everything or everyone!

They have certainly been asking to raise the thermostat to reduce load. I do not believe we have enough transmission lines or sun stations to satisfy the load that would be required to charge all those cars
