    don't panic if you catch three,,, fine, you toss them back,,,,fine,,,you can catch 27 more for state limit,,or 12 more Stockton limit, or Truman...

    Oh, I'm not worried about going over a limit, or culling. Tmason is an agent and he states that releasing is against the law. I don't know how this thread got highjacked so badly...lol Sorry crappiecurt

    Sorry, was out of the office....fishing.... I'm a fish biologist, not an agent......sorry for the confusion...like beagle man says...its fine to throw your fish back at the end of the day if you don't feel like cleaning them....culling is where I was getting at, and it is also correct that technically, once you put a crappie in the livewell, it is part of your daily statewide bag limit whether you wind up filleting it or not

    Thanks for the clarification Tory. I really don't know how this thread got into talking about crappie, because the OP asked about white bass. I also don't know how culling came into it.
