Default Spider Rigging Rod Labeling ???

Here is what has been asked on another thread.

    Default Rigging Questions
I just want to make sure I'm on the up and up when Mr. Green Jeans stops by. Here's the scenario. I have eight poles setup with double rigs. All eight poles have my conservation number or my name and address.
    A) So far so good right?
Now my dad is fishing with me
    B) do I need to change the conservation number on the poles he's using?
    C) can he keep his own fish using my poles?
Now my wife and daughter is fishing and I'm just baiting and helping
    D) do I need to change all the conservation numbers?

    Thanks in advance!

from what I am told, your guest(s) are allowed 3 poles regardless of what is labeled on them. technically, if your dad has 4 poles in front of him, just add his info to one pole and your golden.

Jarred all I know is you can only have one limit of fish if all y'all fishin with noodles with one name address or conservation number on them. Gotta love the boys from Mo! Go to OK and catch and cull all ya want till y'all got 15?

Probably correct Mark. You know me I don't keep them anyway other than tournament days. We usually only have 8 fish and 10 max in the livewell at a time on tournament days so guess we would still be ok. The rule is a little vague.

Guides that rig with clients better have a label maker in the boat I guess. This could get complicated, with double seats on the front of boats with 8 rods , whose info goes on which rods?

Uh, maybe hi-tech boats, electronics, multi-rods, sponsors, hi-dollar tournaments, had something to do with trying to keep things a bit in check. Nothin hi teck about a cane pole if you want to use one.

The vast majority of the time it isnt the tournament guys that are out there stuffing their freezers during the spawn with 300 crappie that may or may not ever get eaten....
