    That's the appropriate way to do that. I doubt any agent would write a ticket in that situation.

    Hazel Creek is a water supply lake for Kirksville. Many water supply lakes under 1000 acres do not allow gas motors to be used. those are by the City's request.

    Can anybody tell me if Watkins Mill has shad in it, if so is it legal to catch some with a throw net?
