Our Protection staff confirmed that discretion would be considered. If you're standing on the end of the dock at a busy ramp relieveing yourself you'd get written up! Maybe a good rule of thumb would be if you wouldn't go there if your grandmother was around, find a different spot!

Guys have it a lot easier that us girls. Especially when you get poison ivy real easy.

Show me a game warden, ranger, field biologist, sheriff, state patrolman or anyone else that says they have never taken a leak afield... and will show you a lying SOB. I agree that tickets and perhaps even arrests should be made in incidences of poor discretion, indecent exposure, offensive acts around others, etc,... but since this is a biological function of the human body... it should be viewed with some wide discretion by everyone involved including enforcement folks. Assuming argument that we are not wild animals who handle such biological needs outside the way wild animals do... we are outdoors men and women who often venture far away from the nearest rest room accommodations. Really!!! Listed as sex offenders!!! Come on!!! Really!!!

Solved!!

Got caught once,lady game warden,watched me threw binocs and then watch my face turn RED when she made it clear she was watching us for awhile.No ticket,just embarrassed .I think she enjoyed seeing me squirm.Also no ticket for short fish either.
