Rainbow trout were stocked November 9 at the El Dorado Trout Stream. A storm earlier this year caused damage to the dam and the repair requirements continued to grow the further in to the project we got. The severity of the damage pushed the repair completion date back much further than expected and opening day had to be postponed.
Fish were stocked just before dark on Monday so the trout season is now officially underway at El Dorado.

Stocked the trout stream again today November 17th with 649 trout. Fishing has been very good!
