Thread: Lake Norrell

Slipcork is the resident guide on Nimrod. I think the only time he gets up there is to sink condos and cook burgers for his family. He has like 18 kids and doesent have time to fish much but could point you in the right direction

I hear that lake is 177 feet deep at the deepest point. I had a hard time with that, but I looked it up on the Lake Norrell web site, and it said 177 feet. That is DEEEEEP water for a lake that size.

I hope Slipcork get's on here. I would love to try it out.

Norrell is not but 70ft deep in one spot. Very clear and no cover. I try to put some out every now and then. Not many crappie that I can find. I do see some that other people catch. And they are good ones.

Norrell is at the end of Lawson Rd just off Col Glen Rd and 430. Good lake for trolling. Lots of catfish.

Norrell is Benton backup water supply. Has homes most of the way around it. Give me a call and I'll be happy to show you around.

Oh yea. After reading about Winona. You can swim and ski in Norrell.

4 boats on the lake at 2pm Sunday. Didn't get to fish any this weekend. Workin on AC. Did see some guys fishing around and saw them catch a few bass.
