    Default A Day to Remember!

Had the best day ever today. 17.17 on my 7 biggest slabs wit h a 2.71 big fish! That’s a 2.45lb average.

All 7 + 2 more 2.25 lbers were quIckly released. Kept a nice mess of 1.25 to 1.75 lb slabs to clean for a couple friends.

Sure thing Chuck. Livescoped 'em with my new Huckabee 16' K Rod from Power Crappie and 12 lb K-9 Hi-Vis Flourocarbon Line. Water temp was 58 degrees. Caught most in 14 FOW as they're transitioning towards their spawning areas. Still using a 1/4 oz bait my son has been working on developing. It gets close to 'em and it's game on! I'm a lot better but still not where I want to be on using Livescope. Seen a few bigger than anything I caught today, just couldn't get on them in time.
Caught the 2.71 and a 2.66 back to back casting a Chart/Red Head 1/8 oz Roadrunner on a manmade square structure.

That is a nice bag of fish certainly would have won a lot of tournaments. Just curious if you had to deal with any rising muddy water?

Yes, but it wasn't too bad.
