It was good to meet and put a face with a name. I have enjoyed your and others that post. Thank you for showing me a couple of things on my LS and loading the boat. Thank you for the compliment on the boat. hope to see you soon.
Rode my Rambo hunting bike down to Carter Cove high water ramp here on Lake Nimrod yesterday evening. Meet a new friend, CDC member KMabry and his wife. I gave them a hand loading his Basscat up as it was dark and they were having to actually try to load on a flooded parking lot. It's an understatement to say that he has a "sweet" ride in his Basscat! Man, that think is sharp.

No we didn't do too good. only got to fish 1.5 hrs. I had not been there since Jan.2 We were just looking around to go back and fish later. Meeting Slabbandit was better than catching a few fish. He is a super nice guy. And yes I look forward to him getting in my Basscat always welcome.

Thanks Kelly! I like asking everyone I speak with at the ramps if they are on CDC. We'll definitely share a day on the Basscat. I would love to see that Livescanner in action! Went out yesterday with my son and his guide trip client just to hang out. Lake was at extreme flood stage, very muddy and full of debris. They ended up with 30 nice ones Livescoping them anywhere from 2 feet down to 20 feet down. Even when the fish were sitting dead still they had to hold jigs right on their noses to get them to see it. I think it's going to be an exciting spring when the lake gets back to normal.
