Thread: New to Arkansas

Hello, the girlfriend and I just moved to the Little Rock area from Minnesota and love to fish. I was wondering what lakes/parks in the area have good bank access for fishing. Also if someone could recommend a good crappie guide that'd also be appreciated...doesn't have to be in the Little Rock area. Thanks.

Welcome, hopefully you’ve had somebody pm you info for a guide. ?
As far as bank fishing most of the lakes have public fishing areas along the banks below the spillways.
Also , many of the rivers have access to fish from the bank as well and there are some public fishing ponds too.
Be sure to read the regulations, sometimes there’s “extra “regulations for each place and different fish species.
