Ready to go. Can't really get into bowhunting yet with a new boat sitting in the yard and Nimrod Lake not even a mile away!
Anyone getting the bug for the fall crappie bite? I’m typically in deer season mode but plan on going after some lake Conway ones this weekend.

Will be headed that way this afternoon. Haven’t been able to fish for a while so I’m ready! I’ll go hunting next week.

I miss hunting,,,we used to have a farm in northern arkansas,,,a place called Salem,,,250 acres of pure deer, turkey and duck habitat,,,I sure wish we still owned it,,, my wife suffered a stroke and family decided to sell it and plan a bit more for the future,,,we sure had some good times there over the years,,, wish you best of luck ,,go git you some!

The area I used to hunt in Tennessee here off the Wolf river had unlimited deer you could harvest,,,,I never had the chance to ever take more then 1 when hunted,,,the walk into the hunting areas would about kill you without being able to use a 4 wheeler,,,then they’d plow the paths to and from the fields for the birds , but it made it almost impossible to pull a deer cart,,,,they just didn’t like us deer hunters I guess,,,they wanted to make it a bird sanctuary and run off all hunters
