Been Gone for a While, Where did all the Arkansas Folks Go?
Haven't been on CDC for a couple years. Been dealing with my Mom and then my Dad's passing over the last few years. Well, we bought a new Ranger 188P and finally got it all decked out with electronics and such. We live right on Lake Nimrod and are starting to fish more now.
Can't help but notice all the people that aren't posting anymore. We used to have some great discussions every night here. We used to have some Game and Fish guys that always gave great insight in to the biology of the crappie on various local lakes. Maybe we can get some members to get active on here again.

Crappie fishing slows way down in the dead of summer.
It will get busy with everybody complaining when they find out certain lakes are going to 15 fish limit. and 10 in minimum length. Probably be public knowledge soon. ( game warden told me )

Same here slabbandit. Life just gets busy chasing work and the kids. I bought a new boat a month or so ago and that actually prompted me to log back in tonight and check on things. I hope you've been well sir..
