    I hope you all have had a great year. We closed a chapter in ours and one has taken off. I have gotten another boat so we will see hopefully I’ll have time.

    My wife and I are trying to find a place to buy somewhere near beaver lake area,,,our son and his family are there so we’d eventually like to be there near them,,,,just not liking the prices up that way seeing it’s all sky high right now,,,I guess they don’t know that we’re in a recession yet

    We moved to NW Arkansas in Fayetteville 10 years ago and love it. You're right the real estate is a little more pricey, but for us a lot of other benefits outweighed that. Good luck with your search for a new home.
