    Can't they install Speed/Caution signage/buoys in most prominent areas?

    They can't , no don't even keep river channel bouys marked and in place .

    A lot of the places around here people will drive pvc pipe or other markers in shallow areas. Especially real narrow and curvy hard to navigate areas
