    Default Habitat with Quickcrete

How long should I let my quickcrete dry before sinking my habitat?

I'd say one week. Concrete develops about 70% of its total strength in 7 days. It's best to keep the concrete wet during that week.

Don't rush it but a week should be fine . Seen people try to move them too quick and it has busted !

I learned you don't have to fill to the top very scary dropping those in the water they sink really fast hard to control started using 4 inch deep rubber feed pan from tsc instead

I use less than 1/2 of bag of quikcrete about 30 pounds. As Lawnmowerman43 said 80+ pounds of habitat is too much to control when dropping it off the side of the boat. I use a rope looped thru handle of bucket to lower mine to the bottom.

Depends on how bouyant structure is . Try not to make to big and heavy but build several to drop together . To save concrete try adding stakes or whatever to bucket with rocks then use less concrete .
