Thread: A friend wanted just a mess

. I used Huckabee Phantom 13 ' rod with a baitcaster reel . Held the same Timmy Tom 1/8 th insert heads in a purple/chartreuse Umbrella tube in their face. I fished over six hours yesterday and quit as wind started blowing and was getting tired . Only counted the good keepers and quit the counter showed 105 . All but a mess released and kept them for a good friend The biggest 7 at 12 1/2 lbs . Only kept ones over 1 1/2 lbs but released a bunch of good ones too.. Fish were on wood and many just roaming open water but was able to drop on their nose with livescope .

Good job. Nice mess of fish.
