Followed up on Friday morning. A little tougher conditions with drizzle and fog after the little cold front that came through which seem to slow the bite down.
Still caught a limit of blacks. In the 10” - 12” range. Several white bass that gave the BnM’s a workout. White bass actually broke my ego net. Jenko big T on its way in the mail to replace

Be patient my brother. The fishin' is fixin' to get good over the next several months and so will the taco makin'.
Those tacos look pretty awesome by the way. Thanks for sharing.

I took this week off work to try to figure them out (and honey do’s) and today I hit pay dirt!
Caught 40+, mainly on minners. 9 fell victim to the BG electric chicken sprayed with slab sauce. Kept 15 for a couple of taco meals.

I’m green with envy. I went down to the Blue Springs area this week and caught 1 fish. Are you setting up on top of brush piles? Are you jigging or casting?

I’m mainly pushing jig/minners (spider rig) in open water. Trying to avoid the brush at all cost if I’m moving with 8 poles out.
They’re spread out pretty good right now so covering as much water as I can between .2 - .5 mph.

Sure but I get no credit for it. It is really good though.
We usually do 1/2 fried and the other 1/2 grilled.
Not sure the link will work, may have to copy and paste it.
