Everyone needs to take the heat and humidity very seriously and be very careful preventing heat stroke.
I started keeping frozen bottles of Gatorade in my cooler . Ice lasts longer and drink does not get hot as fast if your busy fishing !

I would remind everyone that Gatorade alone will not keep u hydrated.... a ratio of 3 to 1 is necessary. 3 waters to every 1 gatorade is recommended. Water is “KEY”

We have also stated using the cooling towels and they definitely make a difference. It also helps to stay away from cotton clothing and wear lightweight materials.
