Thanks , first ones I have cleaned in weeks . I filleted these for a older friend that has been through a bout of Throat Cancer and then with Lung Cancer . Called and asked me to visit at their cabin on the lake . They have stayed away for weeks because of Covid19 . Were planning on frying some after I surprised them with enough for several meals . We need to remember the old and sick that are not able to fish but still love a fish dinner .
