    Default D10 ?

Allow the tails of catfish to be removed while fishing. What would the purpose or reasoning in doing this?
All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

It is so that you can “bleed” a big catfish before you skin or fillet it. It is supposed to make the big ones taste better. I always throw the big flatheads back anyway.

Was that not commercial fishing regs cause they have length limits ? If you fillet live fish they bleed out fine without cutting tails off .
