I worry when laws are written to give officers "more flexibility". When they came out with rules on just when you could shine a light I asked an officer about it he said "it makes my job easier". Not a very good reason to take my rights. I am not a spotlighted but I have shone a light across our golf course to see deer. See no harm and never had a gun when we did it. Kids enjoyed seeing how many deer lived so close by. Making his job easy was not much of a trade off.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.
