    You are correct. I suggested a specific distance (ex. 100 yards) but was told that wouldn’t work. I think the Wildlife Officers wanted a little more flexibility.

    I worry when laws are written to give officers "more flexibility". When they came out with rules on just when you could shine a light I asked an officer about it he said "it makes my job easier". Not a very good reason to take my rights. I am not a spotlighted but I have shone a light across our golf course to see deer. See no harm and never had a gun when we did it. Kids enjoyed seeing how many deer lived so close by. Making his job easy was not much of a trade off.

    Conway has always been a mess with yo-yos so let's punish the rest of the state because WOs refuse to police the lake fearing they'll get hung on a stump...... what a joke

    Thanks Matt..For all your hard work..As my Grandfather used to say..The KISS METHOD..KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID..Lol..

    We don't have much of a problem with Yo Yos no brush because of floods..

    Our high Mountain lakes its Jugs until a Bass Tournament then they get wound up in Props..Lol
