    Default A little shallower

Last week I was catching them between 20-30'. Yesterday they were in the same 30-50' water but they were 15-20' down. Crappie thunder with white body and chartreuse tail put over 50 in the boat but I only brought 12 home for a man that can't go very much anymore. I caught two nice bream among the crappie. They also went in the cooler as a bonus.

There were so many in the schools I found that there was no way to single out a particular slab. It was drop jig, set hook repeat. They looked like piranha mobbing that jig.

Great catch. Love it when they hit like that.
