    Yes sir Mr Cray the hull is in great shape it’s built like a tank. Three men and a live well full of buffalo and catfish is a load but it never felt unsafe or in danger. Thanks for the idea

    If you do convert it, I would get a pickup to pull it with. That John Deer is going to be too slow if you are towing it any distance.

    No reason why you can't use it for any purpose you want to. That commercial sticker will peel right off with a hairdryer or heat gun.
    Nothing on the books says you have to have X amount of foam.
    You are required to have nav light before or after dark, and you can get battery powered temporary lights online.
    Other than that, you need a leaf blower, some elbow grease and patience !
