    Default Christmas Crappie

Having family and friends over this evening for a Christmas eve fish fry. The rest of the menu will include Cajun fried shrimp, hot mustard cold slaw, French fries and hush puppies and last, but not least, my wifes blue ribbon coconut pie. Good food, good friends and family all here to start the birthday party for our mighty Lord and Savoir - Jesus Christ - Merry Christmas all you boys and girls.

Merry Christmas! I cooked crappie one year for Christmas. Always thought we should make this a tradition.
