I spent 45 minutes sitting there, but by jingo, I did finally catch 2 fish. They weren't biting well at all. I got a total of 5 bites. They weren't "pulling" water and if there isn't current on our lake the fish don't bite, but I still am happy that I finally found crappie, and caught crappie with the livescope. I wish we had more white crappie, because most of the crappie reports I see using LS are white crappie.
It works on both species . I caught both kinds last several trips on multiple lakes .

Did you happen to weigh those 4 crappie you are holding?

They look like 2lb Crappie easily. Some times it's not about catching huge numbers but quality fish.
