    Mickey and I took a neighbor ''Nub '' with us today . Had him run the lines . The running , baiting , and pulling the hooks out of fish can turn into work fast !

    Those big ones must be filleted , remove all the red and fat . Then cut into small steaks or not very good IMO . Those things so fat remind me of fatten hogs . Much easier to use a manual fillet knife and faster than trying to pull the skin anyway !

    It is a pile of work . Setting lines , catching bait ,baiting lines , running lines then the heavy work starts filleting and triming all the fillets ! But it is fun and good times . The fish frys will be great this summer too !
