Truly disappointing

This is part of a pm I received two days ago from out of the blue. I had not contacted the individual but he sure felt the need to set me straight. I posted the Lemonade thread and evidently that was taboo. I didn't give out any secret locations techniques or information yet somehow by posting about my trip I am now unworthy. I challenge anyone to come up with proof that I have ever divulged someone else information or asked for fishing spots. This guy says "most of us" Does he speak for you too? Is that how the members of this site really feel? I sure wanted this to be a friendly place. For me fishing for crappie is a relaxing time. I get enough drama when fishing for $ elsewhere.

Good report but I didn't get any useful information from it. I would consider the source and not waste much time worrying about
it. If you do, he wins. He can get glad as quick as he got mad.

I dont know who sent you the PM .....but I can tell everyone this....its in the rules
No personal attacks are allowed and people can be banned if they make them and this counts not only on the boards but also by PM. All you have to do is report it to Slab.

In my opinion the “most of us” they were referring to does Not reflect the most of us on this site! I really liked your Lemonade post and am glad you got to enjoy a wonderful day. Don’t let one bad apple discourage you.

Everyone knows who it is lol. The same person has ran many folks from the site but is still around. That’s why you don’t see many folks publishing anymore. Just read do you see any of the old timers post except for maybe the one in question.

I had a somewhat similar pm back and forth with someone earlier in the year. They were trying to convince me that every fish I caught where I said I was fishing was tainted with worms. I'll pm you his name.. curious if it's the same person.

I haven't been fishing in a while, but in the past I have listed where I caught fish and what lure I used, along with the water depth and temp.....just to be somewhat helpful to others. Some folks just want to be in everyone's business and are as secretive as the US Government! Enjoy the site and your friends on here........post what you want to post and its no one's business what you post, as long as its not anything bad. We are good people and I, personally, have always enjoyed crappie.com.
