    Default Winter bite has been good on some lakes


    I fished again with a friend last week vertical jigging . I guess we caught about 200 Crappie and about 1/2 were over 10'' up to about 15'' . Crappie been biting on several lakes but only going a couple days a week in-between Deer hunts . We have caught Crappie on several lakes during November . Just have to do your homework and use your electronics . Here is our last limits from one day last week .Caught them on Timmy Tom insert 1/8 jig heads with a purple/chartreuse tube on same red Todd Huckabee rods .
