Thread: Lake Conway And Brewer .

Hello all, Went up caney creek on lake conway today and caught them in the brush and overhangs. Smaller crappie were caught in the lily pads on a white/blue jig or live minnow. Bigger crappie were in the creek channel hugging the bottom early morning and hard to catch. Bite stopped at 11 am it seemed. creek was very crowded after 8 am and a downed log is blocking the creek upstream. 2 slabs, 8 decent fish.

Brewer lake this afternoon was weird fishing, the crappie i caught were 20 foot deep on the bottom between brush piles on the north end of the lake, 2 Slabs.
