Never tried the jig poles but I’ve been happy with my 14’ trolling rods. For $30, worth a try.
Any one used the 11’ Heavy jig rods from Denali? Grizzly jig has them on sale for $30 so I picked up a couple to try my hand at single pole fishing and hopefully become a jig pole wizard like some of you guys. What are they like stiffness wise? Just couldn’t turn them down for that price. I just can’t stand the limpness of my BGJP when I’m jigging around brush.

Never tried one but dropped using the Bucks several years ago same reason and they broke . I love my Huckabee Jig poles , no trouble swinging 2 lbers and still sensitive .

I’ve got a 7’ Prime rod, pretty nice rod but it could stand a bit more taper. No experience with the long rods, I have Huckabee rods for that. They are worth every penny.
We moved over to the advertisement channel. Go fishing and have a good time with your new rods

All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.
