How many pre rig your baits ?
Since it was so hot I sat here pre rigging my baits inside where it is cool. Since I fish the same purple /chartreuse tubes most of the time it helps while fishing to have them ready . I take and check the Timmy Tom 1/8 oz insert jig heads for burrs on the lead . I have to say his are the cleanest molded jig heads I have found . Then just put a drop of mineral oil or other lube on lead and insert it into tube . Sure helps save time and trouble on the water when you break off . I usually keep 50 to 100 rigged in my boat at all times . Several of my fishing buddies have picked up on this . They show up to fish with a bag of pre rigged purple/chartreuse jigs and a pair of jig poles .

I do it with my trolling rigs. Do basically the same thing as Capps rigs but I put them in RigRit boxes. Some with jig heads, some with minnow hooks. But it works well for me. No untangling lines, no tying on hooks with weights hanging off wrapping around everything else. Cut old one off, throw it in the junk drawer (to later salvage hooks, swivels, weights, ect.)and tie a new one on. All of about 45 seconds.

I make them up in my off season too but I don't have that many. I have 3 foam tubes that hold 8 rigs each. (Capps & Coleman)
I make up one with gnats, one with plane hooks, and one with 2" jigs. I also went back to fast snaps on the ones that I have
jigs on. I don't like to use them because they will sometimes pick up the line next to it in the case of a cat or white bass. Pre-
tied makes things go a lot faster when you have a mishap.

Post a picture please. I also tie my own rigs, I try to re-use the store bought plastic deals the rigs common. I'd like to see how you keep yours in the foam. What do you use to keep the sinker and swivel on with? Rubber bands?
