Finally a bucket of crappie.
I've been trying to go fishing for most of the month and finally got a chance to go Monday. I wasn't real confident that I could find some with the forecast saying rain and windy. And with the heavy rains Saturday morning I figured it might be muddy too, so I didn't invite anyone to go with me thinking it would be a bust. But I found a limit and a bucket full crappie. Caught half on brush piles and when that played out I started spider rigging for the other half. All in all it was a good day.
