    Default Spider rig rod holders

Ok, picked up a new war eagle this afternoon.....currently using Cumberland rod holders....wondering about Driftmaster single rod holders.....is the $400 price tag for 8 rods worth it?

    Appreciate your thoughts!

I don't know about the single holders, but Drift master makes a great product.

Drift masters are good, I use Bee ready holders and love them, they are on the web.

I have used Hi-Tek, Wally Marshal & Bee ready rod holders. I currently use Driftmaster single rod holders and are the best on the market for spider rigging in my opinion. Because they are all mounted separate you know exactly which rod is getting a bite because it is the only rod that moves versus the "T" bar style racks. Also you will be able to configure the spacing of the rods to fit your specific type of boat you fish out of. It is worth the money up front or you may find yourself unhappy with the other products and still end up spending the money anyway. Buy the best first even if it is more expensive then you know your getting the best tool for the job of catching crappie. A large percentage of the Crappie Masters top teams also use the Driftmaster single holders as well. Grizzly Jig is best price on ordering the Driftmaster system.

The Tite-Loc Black Widows (Capps & Coleman) are great. Wouldn't trade mine for all the rest put together!

I really appreciate each and everyone of your responses. I didn't mention earlier that I am wearing a cast for at least 2 more months on my right foot/leg...so I have plenty of time to get them ordered and on the boat..... I may be forced to lie to my doctor at some point soon!!!
