I had Wayne Stewart (creekslick on c.com) custom build me a set to fit my boat. They are very sturdy, adjustable, and easily removed when I don't need them. I meant to take a picture of mine, but I forgot to. They look similar to the ones that Cornfield Crappie makes. I took my boat over to him so he could see what was different about my boat that the traditional ones wouldn't work. Once they were finished I took my boat back over to him and he installed them for me. He a very nice guy also.
