If you fished Washington on a regular basis for several years you would understand what we are talking about!!!! Still catch a lot of numbers but the BIG FISH is history. If they continue to keep all these smaller fish then the numbers will be gone also !!!

I'll go along with Chris about not posting your catches, it's just gets lots of folks rushing in to get in on the bite. These lakes can handle just so much pressure. It seems more and more people are fishing for crappie now days, and between the fishing pressure and the Asian Carp our lakes are going down hill fast.
I might get some flack for saying this, and I have been guilty of, but guiding pressure on some of our lakes are hurting the size of crappie. I'm seen this over the years that I had a guide service on Grenada Lake, some may laugh at that, but I've seen it.

I was there Sat. Sunday and Monday. Nov. 19th, 20th and 21st. There was no one on the lake that I could see nor any trucks at the boat ramps. This is usually a good sign the fish are not biting.
