Here is mine I shot this morning . Shot with 30.06 at 170 yards by gps in the neck, dropped like a rock. There was a smaller buck with him , but I had to haul this one over a mile through downed trees. WMA lands don't allow us to use ATV's . Getting too old to haul them out under my own power. Sure glad I did'nt shoot his buddy, the smaller buck hung around a good while after the shot.

This boy will get up before me and run the yo-yo's and clean the fish before I get out of bed. Great kid for a 13 year old. I can give him the keys to the truck and tell him to hook up the trailer and he's got it.

    Default Great shot

Congrats Nimrod. Great shot. I was going to mention what I thought was a great shot on my doe for the triple trophy award, free standin, no rest, 120 yards, 308 cal, 165 grain federal premium, through both shoulders, then I saw your post. I congratulate you again, nice shot. I drug two out this year about 3/8 mi each, it ain't getting any easier. Did not have to darg this one very far. Name: 1117100915b.jpg
