    Default bluegill hot spot

Anyone know of a urban lake that has an abundance of bluegills or sunfish in it around Mesa area.
Would like to take the kids to one.

    Thanks Rob

If you don't get a specific response I would search out gravel bottoms or creek channels in 8-15 fow with humps in slack water. Fish a 1/8 oz drop shot rig with #4 aberdeen with live worms right off the bottom with a tight line. If you start picking up small fish just move a few yards in search of a bigger school. Me and the wife caught over 125 BG and SC and kept 82 in a little over 5 hours Friday. I hope this helps
