    Is there any crappie fishing around Bisbss? Looking for a warm place for next winter....

    The water is too hard in Illinois this time of year for me....

    The closest lake that has Crappie to the Bisbee area is Patagonia Lake State Park. Arizona State Parks: Patagonia Lake: Home Here is a link from AZBassZone: Patagonia 11/12-14 - AZBZ Forums

    Other than making the road trip up to San Carlos or Roosevelt, this is your only choice as far as I know of for chasing Crappie in Southern Arizona. I have never been to Patagonia Lake so I'm not the best source of info other than the above. Might try posting your questions on azcrappie or azbasszone

    BTW - former Chicagoland resident here been in AZ for 18 years. If you don't mind me asking, what part of N. Ill are you from?
