Cool looking ole boat, Rugs. Those fins make it look like a caddy
Carpet isn't very hard at all - let me know if you need some pointers on it.
I wanted to share a project I am staring to work on.
I have had this boat for about 3 years and it has sat in this spot since the day I bought it.
The motor ran when I first bought it but I ran it out of gas and the carb was acting up.
Well, after getting out on the water with some of you who were gracious enough to put me on the fish, I decided to get off my lazy butt and get this boat in the water.
Today, I tackled the carb problem and got the motor running really good. It is a 1960 Sea King 35 hp.
The boat is a 1960 Lonestar it looks cool with the Tail Fins!
Here is my to-do list, if any of you have any suggestions I'm ready for them:

Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!
Looks like a FINE fishing machine to me! Bet she would ride pretty smooth. Were you going to try and mount a trolling motor? Hope you can save the horn.
I just KNOW it was a big one!!!

I Can Just See A Diamond Plate Deck. Think U Might Have It Ready By This Next Weekend...... Crappie Are Biting..
A FISH IN THE PAN IS WORTH TWO IN THE LAKE
My First Boat Was Worse Looking Than What You Have And I Sure Didn't Have A Cool Looking Horn Like You Have. I Had To Get One Of Those Canned Air Horns.
And Everytime U Catch A 13" Plus Crappie, Let Her Go...... Wish I Had One, All I Do I Yell Hot Dam...........
A FISH IN THE PAN IS WORTH TWO IN THE LAKE
My wifes boss has one with the foot control and stuff, I am going to check it out and see if there is a way to mount it on the front with that closed in front.
He said the wires are "messed up" I may need to consult with someone familiar with the unit to see if it is fixable for a reasonable price.
If I have to I'll move the horn, it is pretty cool
By the way, the boat and motor are 1960 !!
