Screen Shots, would love anyone to help tell me what I am seeing?

I am still trying to learn this Humminbird 1197 and am pretty sure I know what I am looking at, but would love a little more confidence. SO tell me what you see on these. The first two are the same spot just one after the other one and a little more bottom.

Definately alot of bait in all the shots. The first one with the hashmark, I would say that is bait also. the ball of bait appears to have a fish above it. The brighter white spots are the fish. One thing I would suggest is going to the electronics forum and read the thread on settings. Your screen will be alot more defined with a little tuning. I will try to find the thread and post it for you.

Skip, Tim is right, you need to fine tune...Seems like you are also getting turbulence from your prop..

Sometimes I forget we have an electronics board so if you know of a thread that would help me I sure would appreciate it if you find that thing.

I see alot, good pictures of structure thats standing up withalot of bait fish and bigger fish around, needs a wider si range. I don't see any prop wash, real good pictures

Hi Don,

I kind of thought that my be coming from my prop. Is there a way to stop that? Think I have also got that though when using my TM for moving around as I have a TM with wireless remote and can sit in front of my unit at the console and control the TM from there. I will take notice next time I do that to see.
