Good report.

I was there from 6pm-10pm. Mostly trolling back and forth along the rocks. We caught over 100 fish including two bass (one was pretty big). I was using john deere color grubs and the other colors were silver and black/green. They were biting anything.
What are the hot spots?
Did the same on Sunday at Mozingo along the face of the dam in 12-16 fow. blue and white tube jigs and orange tube jigs accounted for all fish. One at 16in. and several in the 13-14in range. We are strictly catch and release, so they are back in there for you guys to catch again! Have Fun!!
I was just testing to see what they were biting. Everyone was laughing at me using hi-vis green line too until I caught the second fish of the day. The first one was caught by a friend's 9 year old daughter and I think it was an 11-12".
Wednesday would be the coolest (temp wise) to go out on.

sounds like a great day. can't say that i've been to Mozingo. now i know what to try when i do.
i have never bought any of that high vis green line, but i've seen it work just as good if not better than regular 4lb
Why do I have to press 1 for English?
Good job guys and good reports. I was there on Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm with my brother. We cleaned 34 most of them were 10 -11-1/2 inches. Blue/whit tube jig in the tree tops in the mid lake area. Looks like I need to get down by the dam if the big ones are biting down there. Jackb, what kind of structure were you fishing? 16 in fish is a toad.
Thanks,
Dave
