    Default Headed for Truman

I'm headed for Truman Thursday. Will get to start fishing on Friday. We are staying at Bucksaw resort and bringing our own boats. I usually fish MTL since I have a place there but we always wanted to try Truman. From what I read crappie may be starting to separate there. I am looking for some suggestions on where to start. I'm sure the poeple at Bucksaw will be able to help but looking for some help from you all. Maybe I will be able to see some of you on the lake next weekend. Hope to make one of the Camps some day. Thanks

Fish mouths of main coves and secondary coves. Then fish the flats that have 20 fow or more. Slow troll your baits 10 to 12 feet down from tree to tree. Dip cedars, hedge, and hardwoods in 20+ fow. Jig depth should be between 10 and 15 ft. Black/chart. has worked best for me. Good luck.
