Smile 1st trip to Watts Bar

Fatboy gave me a guided trip on Watts Bar yesterday. It's the most senic lake I've ever fished and the drive over there was beautiful as well! We hit a lot of rain on the trip over and on the way back but the rain wasn't too bad while we fished. Didn't catch a lot of fish but did get a few good ones. I'll be making a return trip for sure!

They chilling in my freezer right now. Didn't get the name FATBOY by broiling crappie, gotta have 'em deep fried. I still got the itch. Can't believe they changed that much in two stinking days. Maybe in about a 100 years I will know exactly what the fish are gonna do, but until then, I will just keep fishing. I do know one thing, I bet Steve hasn't hollered get the net that many times in a day in a long time. I believe I am gonna head back over there the end of next week. I just haven't had my fill yet. Sure would be nice if the rain gods would take mercy on me for just one trip though. FATBOY

I don't want to know your honey hole, but I am interested how you got em. Use the tight line minnow or jig like Steve always smokes me with? Come on guys, give it up.

We shot docks all day. The docks there are much easier to shoot than the docks at Tim's. They are stationary and don't have those annoying boat lifts!
