Default Floats/Bobbers, need help with them..

    Ok folks,

I got some Thill ministealths as birthday presents, but have never used them before.. What size weights should I use with them ?? I've got some 1/64th weights but was wondering what you all would use for them...

    Thanks in advance !!

    Default floats

    Thill mini stealths
    as I recall.
Ms-0 = really light bead head nymphs, small fly hooks with micro shot
    MS-1 = 1/64 oz, ice jigs
    Ms-2 = 1/32 oz small crappie & ice jigs
    MS-3 = 3/64 or (1/32oz in deep water like 9-10')
    MS-4 = 1/16 or same as above

With the mini stealth you install the line through the float then slide it up the line then slip on the surgical tubing and slide the tubing up onto the leg of the float. When rigged correctly you should be able to grab the line and slid the float (some spit required ).

I use the ms-0 and ms-2 all the time. After you cast the float and it hits water drop your rod time and point it at the float, you want slack line, not just a little, a foot or 2. I normally fish the ms-0 on 2# test and the ms-2 on 4# it has to do with letting the float and jig move freely.

    Most importantly HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
