I've heard the same story from everyone I've talked to.
Nothing's happening with fishing right now no matter where you go.
Give it another month and things will change a lot.
I made it up to Nolin this past Saturday for a few hours, but I should have stayed home. I started off slow trolling some jigs near a creek channel with no luck. Finally resorted to trolling crankbaits on the main lake for an hour or so with only one average white bass and a 1 1/2 lb greencarp to show for my efforts.
This was my first time on the water in nearly a month so I didn't expect much, but I hoped for a little bit of action. Has anyone else been to Nolin lately? What should I have done to catch some fish? I'm also curious about the action onTaylorsville. If anyone has any reports, good or bad, please share them. They can't be any worse than this one...lol.
Take care everyone.

I fished Nolin in the rain Sunday afternoon, and caught 3 nice slabs in the 12 to 13" range in about 15 minutes and that was it for the day. All were caught trolling a number 7 shad rap.
fished 3 days last week with a little success
water temp at 74 watercolor just right
fished downed trees on main lake
caught fish at 7-10' over 20' of water
caught about 20 fish aday with 6-8 keepers
kinda slow but i think about late next week they should be picking up quite abit
