The first time I ever heard of Buck Perry was an article in a watering hole in Ill.It showed a stringer of bass caught in a lake during Aug, that was mind boggling.I started spoonplugging a few years later. If more folks started doing that kind of fishing today, with the new lines and rods, the bass would almost become extinct.

I had the opportunity to take his "Spoonplugging" course wile he was still teaching it acrosss the country. He really put the knowldege to work and was so willing to share with all. It didn't matter if you had a big fast shinny boat or no boat at all you felt important to him.

He was a true country gentleman. God really has a great person with him now.
