    Default Lake Miami

    Slayed them yesterday!! 8-21
Not huge fish but keepers 8 -10" range.
Tough bite, but with a little work they cooperated.

Good to hear. Had a tough bite yesterday at Rathbun, never could really figure them out.

There about 6 boats fishing for specks on Miami Sunday. Appeared all of them were jigging the wood, or drifting and trolling. Spoke to several of them that had no, or very little luck. We jigged until we caught two in one location, then we loaded up bobbers over a gold hook or a red hook. Took us three hours to catch 7 jigging the stumps, but only an hour to put another 13 in the boat with the bobbers setting in one place. Keep it simple at Miami. I wish I could explain where we were for ya, but the general location is halfway between the dam and the south end in the trees. Go too far south, nothing, fish the dam nothing. Fished 10 ft of water with a 4 ft lead under the bobber.

Hope I helped, save some for me, will be there Sat or Sunday again!
